General Shipping Information
Munroe Motors shipping days are Tuesday through Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time excluding national holidays. If your order is placed before 1pm PST it will go out the same day if the order is in our inventory and ready to ship. If your order is incomplete and you choose to have the in-stock items shipped before 1pm, they will ship the same day also. Orders placed after 1pm will process the next business day.
Items ordered will be shipped from our facility in San Francisco, CA 94103 to any address within the United States. At the present time Munroe Motors uses only United States Postal Service (USPS) and their services for your shipping options. Shipping costs are based on weight and delivery zone distance though USPS. If you have a question about quoted shipping costs during the checkout process please email us. Each order placed must be to one address only. We ship daily and you can get a shipping quote through this site by adding the item to your cart and going through the steps for the check out process. Quotes are pulled in real time from USPS using our address, your address and the item weight. Some oversize items may incur additional fees due to dimensions (which our system does not account for). We will notify you of changes to the shipping charge if any are necessary. Our intention is to incorporate other shippers/services in the future. If your order is not in stock, we do our best to estimate when you should receive your items but we don't have control over the manufacturers ability to fulfill their shipments to us.
All orders placed online must be shipped to the address submitted with the order. Local pick ups can be arranged through the dealership at 415-626-3496 and are not subject to online processing/Munroe Money etc.
Free Shipping
Orders for delivery within the USA over $250 will receive free shipping via USPS. Upgraded shipping is not included in this free shipping offer. The $250 is calculated only on merchandise ordered. Some larger items such as stands or large bodywork etc. might not qualify for free shipping. Our shipping department we respond best to questions via email.
Canceled Orders
It is possible to cancel an order at any time until it has shipped. During the check out process you have the option to cancel or partially cancel your order as well. If you have placed an order that is incomplete, communication with us will allow you to modify the order based on availability, then be charged accordingly. Once an item has been shipped you cannot cancel your order.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all your Munroe Motors purchases. If you are not completely satisfied we will off you an exchange or online store credit. In order to return an item you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization # or RMA# from Munroe Motors. In order to get a RMA#, please call 415-626-3496 and ask for online store help. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.
Exchanges
Parts and apparel may be returned to Munroe Motors within 30 days of the original cashiering for exchange or online store credit. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused with of all of it's packaging, and must have an authorized RMA#. All items that are marked as "closeout" are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been installed/used or damaged in any way are not eligible for return. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Munroe Motors, and may result in a re-stocking fee of 20% which includes an administrative charge. All returns or exchanges may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, please contact us with any questions.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer via USPS only. Once your package is shipped with your RMA#, forward your tracking number to us via email. C.O.D returns will not be accepted.
