• Take I-80 WEST across the Bay Bridge
• Merge RIGHT to US-101 NORTH split towards GG BRIDGE
• Take DUBOCE AVE / MISSION ST EXIT
• EXIT LEFT lane for DUBOCE AVE ramp
• Turn LEFT onto VALENCIA STREET
• VALENCIA & 15TH on the RIGHT

From the PENINSULA and SOUTH BAY...

• Take US-101 NORTH to San Francisco
• Merge LEFT to US-101 NORTH split to GG BRIDGE
• Take DUBOCE AVE / MISSION ST EXIT
• EXIT LEFT lane for DUBOCE AVE ramp
• Turn LEFT onto VALENCIA STREET
• VALENCIA & 15TH on the RIGHT

From MARIN and the NORTH BAY...

• Take US-101 SOUTH across Golden Gate Bridge
  
• Take LOMBARD ST / US-101 EXIT
  go about 1 mile along LOMBARD ST
  
• Turn RIGHT onto GOUGH ST (2 Blocks before reaching Van Ness Ave)
  
• Go Over the hill about 20 Blocks on GOUGH ST
  
• At the base of GOUGH ST, Turn RIGHT onto MARKET ST
  
• Take the immediate LEFT at the left-turn light onto VALENCIA STREET
  
• 412 VALENCIA is 4 blocks down on the RIGHT, just past 15th St.
